“If I had to come up with a different name, I would call it 'Your Kitchen',” owner Philippe Massoud says about Crepeville, “We let the customers dictate the menu.”

His brother and co-owner Derar Zawaydeh concurs, “The menu that we have here is a wide open menu. You can come in and create your own. When you say omelets or crepes, in reality, if you look at all the ingredients, you can make thousands of different things.”

Such is the 'open-source' nature of Crepeville. “Some of the items on the menu came from customers.” Philippe explains, “Some of the most popular items on the menu, like the California crepe we have with the sun-dried tomato pesto, came from someone suggesting it. Sure enough, it was really, really good.”

Crepeville opened its location, on the corner of 3rd and C Streets, in 2002. The brothers take pride in their restaurant's offering of freshness, value and variety.
